Staying safe, the new normal
Before your appointment
- There will be no walk in appointments
- Clients must cancel their appointment if they or a member of their household is showing symptoms of Covid-19, or has been instructed to isolate
Arriving at the salon
- Please be on time
- Please come to your appointment alone
- Our door will be locked until we are ready to let you in
- Do not bring unnecessary items
- Agree to a digital temperature check on entering
- Sanitise your hands
During your appointment
- Complete a Covid-19 questionnaire
- Disposable face mask and PPE are provided, or you may prefer to bring your own
- If you cough or sneeze, use a tissue and dispose of it
- We will provide bottled water
- Regularly sanitise your hands
- Contactless payments are preferred
We've been busy
Our preparations
We have taken steps to make our salon as safe as possible. We are now using disposable towels and gowns and we will also be wearing other items of PPE. We have retrained in the latest Covid-19 hygiene practices. Our salon will only have one client in each area at any one time. No clients will be allowed to wait inside the salon.
Between clients
Keeping the salon clean
We have staggered our booking slots to allow an extra 15 minutes in between clients to clean all areas and equipment. PPE will be replaced after every treatment. Therapist will wash their hands before and after every treatment.
